Custom Hard Hats & Safety Helmets for Canadian Workplaces
Find custom hard hats for Canadian crews, from company-logo options to select wrapped designs. Start with the head protection your workplace requires, then choose a customization method approved for that specific helmet.
Make Head Protection Recognizably Yours
Start with the look your team needs. Available branding methods vary by helmet model and manufacturer instructions.
Company-Logo Hard Hats
Add a company mark to an eligible hard hat or safety helmet for a consistent team identity. Check each product's available logo positions and artwork requirements before ordering.
Custom Hard Hat Wraps
Explore fuller-coverage graphics for coordinated team designs. Wrap availability and application vary by SKU; confirm the selected model, approved method and what is included before ordering.
Logo Printing vs. Full Wraps
For custom hard hats and safety helmets, the right branding method depends on the selected model, artwork and the manufacturer's instructions. Use this quick comparison before choosing a design.
Visual coverage
A focused mark identifies the team while leaving most of the helmet colour visible.
Larger graphics may cover more of the shell, but only on eligible helmet models and approved areas.
Artwork planning
Confirm the accepted file, logo size and placement options for the specific product.
Plan the design around the selected shell shape; a model-specific layout and proof may be needed.
Helmet eligibility
Check that the manufacturer permits the offered logo method on that helmet.
Not every helmet supports a wrap. Confirm the model, materials and application method before ordering.
Before ordering
Review product-specific positions, quantities and artwork requirements.
Confirm availability, order volume, production method, proof and what the quoted service includes.
Choosing Suitable Head Protection
Use your workplace hazard assessment, applicable requirements and the manufacturer's instructions to select the right helmet. Custom graphics must never compromise protection or inspection.
Type 1
Designed for impact and penetration protection at the crown (top) of the head. Check the exact standard and markings on the product.
Type 2
Designed for crown and lateral impact and penetration protection. An Ontario construction rule taking effect July 1, 2027 requires Type 2, Type II or equivalent protection where workers may face side-impact hazards.
Fit and Other Ratings
Check fit, retention, electrical class and any other job-specific requirements. A graphic option does not replace a safety assessment.
Approved Customization
Follow the helmet manufacturer's instructions for logos, adhesives, wraps and coatings. Do not assume every shell can be customized in the same way.

No. Wraps are offered only on selected compatible models. See the wrapped hard hats collection and confirm the manufacturer's requirements for the exact helmet before ordering.
Provide the clearest version of your logo or design available. A vector file is helpful when you have one. If you are unsure about resolution, colours or placement, contact Keyline Safety before ordering.
Customization must follow the specific manufacturer's instructions and must not hide required markings or damage or inspection areas. Do not apply an unapproved wrap, coating, paint or adhesive to protective headwear. Ask us to confirm the method for the selected helmet.
Type 1 is designed for crown (top) impact and penetration protection. Type 2 adds lateral protection. Select the type using your workplace hazard assessment, applicable requirements and the product's markings and instructions.
Ontario Regulation 112/26 takes effect July 1, 2027 for construction projects. Where workers may be exposed to side-impact hazards, headwear must meet CSA Type 2, ANSI Type II or an equivalent level of protection. If site conditions may dislodge it, a chin strap or other retention system is required. This is not a blanket rule for every Canadian workplace; assess the hazards and applicable requirements for the work. Read the Ontario regulation.
